                    Rigatoni, ziti, fusilli or penne with:  Filetto di pomodoro, marinara,

                    Sal Anthony, alla panna or Bolognese sauce.  Manicotti or stuffed shells.

          d.       Entrees  (choice of one veal, one chicken, one fish)

                    Veal scaloppine Marsala, veal scaloppine pizzaiola or Calabrese

Salmon Grosseto or special fish of the day.

                    Breast of chicken all'Anice or alla cacciatora or scarpariello.

e.       Vegetable (choice of one)

                   Zucchini marinara or bianco, escarole affogato or spinach affogato.
